I’m female 32 over weight and want to loose weight and burn fat fast I am a member in the gym and have been going nearly everyday since I joined which is nearly a month now I stupidly didn’t take no messurments of myself or go on an accurate weighing scales but from what a set of old scales said I weighed was 17st dead on I’m 5′ 8 so manage to carry the weight well but still look over weight i do know my bmi is way over what it should be and I have less than 1mnt to try to loose as much weight as possible without making myself look to skinny or ill. I really want a flatter stomach and my high rib cage to get smaller. And my waist to have a shape to it. I have hereditary c.o.p.d and early emphysema of the lungs. But I will not let that beat me. It just makes it a lot hard to do high intense cardiovascular. Please help me I’ve lost half a stone so the scales say but can’t be accurate I look forward in hearing from you.
